Our Story
Great companies are built where experience meets real market needs. That is where ART began.
Our founders, A, R, and T, each spent years in logistics, e-commerce, and operations, working across leading marketplaces, fulfillment providers, and enterprise organizations in Southeast Asia. Across different roles and markets, they consistently saw the same challenge. Brands were scaling faster than the systems supporting them. What should have been a smooth journey from checkout to delivery often became complex, delayed, and difficult to manage.
A built his expertise in finance, management systems, and strategy, with extensive experience in scaling startups and managing growth capital. He previously led enterprise risk management and sustainability initiatives within a major logistics group while also supporting energy sector operations, driving strategic and external relations. He has led numerous financial restructures, cost optimization programs, and growth initiatives that strengthened business resilience.
R brings over a decade of experience in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics. He has led country-level operations across the Philippines and Thailand for a leading fulfillment technology company, and previously handled acquisition and incubation for one of the region’s largest e-commerce marketplaces. His work has consistently driven business growth and profitability across industries such as media, mobile, retail, and e-commerce.
T is an operations and process optimization specialist with deep experience in fulfillment and logistics. He has led large-scale operations across the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore, driving operational excellence in both startup and enterprise environments. His leadership in efficiency programs has resulted in measurable cost savings and significant productivity improvements.
